Groupworks - A Full Service Psychology Practice

Founded by Dr. Tony L. Sheppard in 2005, Groupworks is a unique psychology practice in the Louisville metropolitan area.  We seek to Bring Psychology to Everyday Life in all that we do! Our pursuit of this goal involves building relationships with our clients that are based on mutual respect and effective communication. Professional psychology has alot to offer as we face life's challenges. Our goal is to help our clients apply psychological principles and research to their everyday lives.

We think there are a number of things that set us apart. First of all, we have set out from the beginning to create a welcoming and comfortable space for our clients. People often tell us they enjoy being in our office and find that it feels safe, nurturing, and very positive. That’s our intention. Secondly, you’ll notice that we love what we do! Groupworks is a collection of clinicians who are passionate about our work. We share a love of people and feel called to help in whatever ways we can. Finally, we have built a practice that is very client-focused. We provide services that are customized to your individual needs. It is important that we meet our clients where they are instead of expecting them to be where we need them to be.

As psychologists we offer Evidence-Based interventions for a number of issues. While we specialize in group therapy, we offer a full array of services.
