What to do if there’s a problem with your appointment…
Our appointments generally run right on time, so if your clinician hasn’t come to get you for your appointment there is likely a problem! Typically, this is a misunderstanding about the day and time of the appointment. Here’s what we recommend:
Log into Therapy Portal and confirm the day and time of your appointment!
Check your messages (e-mail & phone) to see if your clinician has tried to reach you about a cancellation or change to the appointment.
Call our office at (502) 409-4204. We have staff in the office on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 4pm.
E-mail your clinician directly about the problem.
We respectfully ask that you not come upstairs and knock on the clinician’s door. We will always let you know about any changes to your appointment well in advance.
