Taylor Jackson, M.A.

I was drawn to psychology at a young age, driven by an interest in people and a desire to understand how we work! I am from Louisville, Kentucky, and graduated from Transylvania University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. I then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Louisville and most recently received a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Spalding University. I am currently a 4th-year Doctoral Candidate in the School of Professional Psychology at Spalding University. My clinical interests include trauma, interpersonal functioning, as well as mood and anxiety-related challenges. In therapy, I use an integrative approach that emphasizes openness, flexibility, collaboration, and compassion. Throughout my training, I have developed a deep appreciation for the healing that can emerge from a strong therapeutic relationship. I am looking forward to working with you!

In my free time, I enjoy trying new foods, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
